Rosalie
Instructor
As of 2025, Rosalie has been an instructor for 19 years. She has taught over 15,000 students throughout Monterey County. Being an instructor is not just a job for her but a love and her passion. She is passionate about making sure she does everything she can to ensure she sends out safe confident drivers out on to the road.
Larry
Instructor
Since 1997 Larry has been instructing students in the classroom and behind the wheel. Nearly a decade in the classroom and 28 years, nearly 3 decades on the road behind the wheel with students. He started out as Co-Workers with our company's founder when Driver's education was still apart of High School Curriculum, then became apart of PC Driving School since its opening.
Responsibilities of Our Instructors

The safety of the student and instructor is of utmost importance.

Having inexperienced drivers behind the wheel of the car, instructors WILL have to make split second decisions and interventions while driving. Sometimes the instructor may have to grab the wheel or slam the instructor break. It is NOT the intention of the instructor to startle or scare the student, it is because the instructor is attempting to avoid potential harm of the student and themselves.

The instructor must be completely honest with the student about the realities and dangers of driving. Being behind the wheel of the car can be very dangerous, the leading cause of death for teenagers is accidents.​ Again, it is not to scare the student it is to ensure the students know the importance of following safe and proper driving techniques.

Whether our students have no experience or have a lot of experience behind the wheel of the car, it is the responsibility of our instructors to thoroughly cover a California state issued curriculum teaching the students the safe and proper way to drive.​
